  • Change Management & Communication for HQ Renovation

    Throughout renovation of our global headquarters, I am responsible for engaging associates and keeping them informed on construction, important milestones and workplace moves. I developed a monthly update newsletter, which boasts an open rate average of 86%. I also conceptualized and produce, in partnership with Facilities, a video series that has garnered an average of 240 views per episode.

    As the Internal Communications Lead for our global launch of Workday, our new HRIS, I partnered closely with our external change management lead to bring this transformation to life for more than 7,000 associates worldwide. This work included:

  • Global Onboarding Experience Program

    I conducted a comprehensive review of onboarding practices across the globe, and developed a strategy to create a consistent and engaging experience for all new associated. I then led a project team that was responsible for the development of onboarding materials and resources, including a new orientation deck, manager guides, checklists. I developed a new Onboarding Caddie Program, new onboarding portal & updated communication to reflect our Employer Brand guidelines and messaging.

    Plan, organize and host a week-long communication event focused on increasing transparency, elevating employee awareness and connecting as one team with a shared purpose. Sessions were available to employees live in our Pawtucket offices and on our intranet through live streaming and recorded sessions.

  • Digital Signage Program

    Piloting the program at our world headquarters in RI with the intent to expand to our global offices, the digital signage program aims to enhance communication at Collette. This added communication platform will enable us to highlight major news and events, Collette products, emergency alerts and much more.

  • SharePoint Mobile

    In partnership with IT, we transitioned our SharePoint intranet to a mobile environment, enabling our global workforce to access organizational information & resources from wherever they are in the world.

  • Corporate Intranet

    -

    Served as a member of a project team to launch corporate intranet to global workforce. Facilitated workshops for intranet champion community, developed champion toolkit which included best practices, resources, and tools to ensure a consistent user experience.

  • eLearning for Travel Professionals

    -

    Served as the Project Lead to design and deploy interactive eLearning training for our partners to learn more about Collette, our products marketing advantages and more. The scope of the project included multiple channels and several markets in the US, Canada, and UK. The project included a successful implementation of an external Learning Management System for partners to access training.

  • LMS Configuration & Implemenation

    -

    Researched various Learning Managemt Systems, identifying one meeting the company's needs and requirements. Configured the LMS to our standards and requirements, implemented, and provided training to new administrators, in-house employees and outside team of sales and tour managers. Responsible for maintenance of system, troubleshooting across all devices, and expert assistance to team members when needed.
