Naina Mallya shared thisOur WHY at KARL STORZ. While we might not all be surgeons physically working on patients in an OR, we all work towards that one goal of better patient care. Every single employee should be proud of playing a part in that. 🫶Naina Mallya shared thisQuite a week so far. We passed with flying colors on audits from two different regulatory bodies, including one being an unannounced audit. However, the best part of the week was one of our most tenured, most creative and most valuable team members showing me a video of his granddaughter being treated with a flexible endoscope manufactured in our KARL STORZ North America factory site in Charlton, MA, his site. The look in his eyes was priceless - as they say, 'he got it'. He reaffirmed to himself, and to me, why we do what we do. Passing audits is great as those disciplines help enable us to take care of the most precious patients, and that is our true why. I could not be prouder of what we do at KARL STORZ.

You believe in the mission of the company. For us, what we do today impacts a patient's tomorrow. 2. When you look around the table you see people who you want to spend your time with, as time is precious. If you have both of those, you can work through any challenge. Here are a few of the KARL STORZ folks that I am blessed with having the chance to share a table with from time to time. Yeah, it's pretty easy to stay.
