PGA National Resort was incredible and the franchise team did a phenomenal job putting together a week filled with meaningful connection and content. Special shout out to Linda Bremer Menter , Kaitrin Halvorson , as well as Sophie and Charles for the coordination. The Franchisee Insight own Lauren Cantner Vermette was recognized for all the meaningful work she has done in helping people navigate their path to business ownership over the past 6 months. Key takeaways: 1. There are many territories still open with strong brands with long history and a proven track record. 2. If you are a top performer in corporate, many people who look like you have and are building big businesses across a variety of verticals, your skills are valuable. 3. Home services, pet care, and senior care are continuing to grow and consumer spending is increasing. 4. Franchising is not easy but if you have the WHY to make a change in your life, know the skill set, and find the right business, you may not be able to dream of what is possible. 5. Gary Brecka is doing great work to inform, change, and disrupt the current health care system. 6. The industry has some of the most fun, caring, and enthusiastic people that I have ever met.

That means you can shift from planning to action faster than most first-time business owners. The mistake some operators make is underestimating how valuable that head start really is.
