Stuart Dupuy shared thisPersistence. Sometimes entrepreneurship isn't about growth plans or strategy meetings. Sometimes it's about responding when two 100-ton chillers fail and an office building suddenly faces a major operational problem during a Texas heat wave. You do what needs to be done. In our case, that meant bringing in a diesel generator and a temporary mobile chiller while replacement equipment was sourced and installed. The cost is significant—thousands of dollars per day in fuel and equipment rentals—but protecting the asset, serving tenants, and maintaining operations isn't optional. Entrepreneurship often comes down to solving unexpected problems quickly and decisively. The challenges aren't always glamorous, but the responsibility is real.

I'm grateful to live in a country where hard work, faith, family, and entrepreneurship can create opportunities for future generations. While we're not perfect, I believe the United States remains the greatest nation on earth and a beacon of hope for millions around the world. Today, I'm especially thankful for those who have served, sacrificed, and worked to preserve the freedoms we enjoy every day. Stuart Dupuy shared thisEvent childcare…at scale. Weekend 2 of 3 supporting a major financial services client with onsite childcare, and the scope is incredible. Imagine delivering childcare simultaneously across 155 regional offices, hosted at 57 premier resorts nationwide. This weekend, I had the chance to visit the stunning Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin. I spent time with our lead sitter, Devon Rossman, and her two "helpers" ages 3 and 6. The kiddos weren’t overly impressed with my classic “pulling off my thumb” trick, but fair enough. Tough crowd. 😊 Moments like this are why I love what we do at Jovie. We get to create space for hard-working parents to focus on important business moments, knowing their kids are safe, engaged, and smiling. Grateful to be part of a team that can deliver at this level, and still make it fun along the way.

Thanks to NTC Board Member and GM SW Regional Senior Manager Cathy DeWitt, we were treated to a tour of this amazing economic engine for NTX. Some factiods that were so revealing : 5400 employees working 3 shifts a day, 6 days a week in a 6M SF plant on 250 acres producing over 377,000 vehicles a year. It has been a fixture in Arlington since 1954. Pictured with host City Mayor Jim Ross with multiple other NTX Mayors behind us. Wow !
