Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has introduced the idea of the “Reverse Information Paradox,” warning that companies are effectively paying for AI twice: first with money, and then with the proprietary knowledge they reveal to make AI useful. (Business Standard) Every prompt, correction, workflow, evaluation, and agent interaction can become part of an organization’s unique institutional intelligence. That “AI exhaust” may be as valuable as the original data itself. (The Times Of India) From a CxO’s perspective, the next competitive battleground is no longer just choosing the best foundation model. It’s about ensuring your enterprise retains ownership of: • Institutional knowledge • AI-generated workflows • Prompt history and evaluations • Fine-tuned models • Long-term organizational memory As AI becomes deeply embedded across the enterprise, knowledge governance may become just as important as cybersecurity. Rich Swier Jr shared thisWe have finished Day 2 of our AI Agent workshop with Constellation Software Inc. in Rome, Italy. 🚧 Some cool stuff the teams built: 🤖 We build an Agent for a media distribution software that allowed users to personalized their reading list using AI as a recommendation engine. This can drive new revenue in their products. 🤖 We built an agent that used MCP to interface web statistics to allow users to easily ask questions about their web traffic to make informed decisions in content strategy. This will save time of the team and expand new revenue opportunities. It was exciting to see how non-technical professionals could deploy real-world use cases using raia.

Huge congrats to the Volaris VBT team, the companies that came, and our MSFT team! I never thought I'd travel this much for my job but it has been immensely rewarding to see this companies transform and to be apart of this process as a partner with the Volaris Business transformation team! We are in a moment of history where AI is changing the fabric of how we work and to be apart of this is short of awesome. As a former founder, it's a privilege to use my skills and expereince of building a company from 0 and sharing this with the business units from Volaris and CSI. I have missed wearing the product hat, founder hat, or whatever you call it - the itch is nearly satisfied for sure! I am proud of all the hard work all the Microsofters & GitHubbers who were apart of this journey too and the support from our leadership team who's made this happen from Matthew Nip my leader to Megan Anderson. Too many names to list here! Looking forward to what comes next.

That's the belief driving Omegro's Chief of Staff, Peter Grant, to put in daily reps with AI. He uses it as a thought partner for strategy, market insights, and even governance decisions. Although it slows him down in the short term to integrate AI into his workflow, he's betting it will accelerate him in the long term. His message to fellow business leaders: All of us have an opportunity to rethink how we approach talent management. It's not only about humans delivering outcomes — it's about humans working together with agentic talent to uncover what outcomes matter, then delivering on them as a team.
