Triage is only ever as good as the ability to detect threats, and many companies' detections (up to 52%!) are silently failing. If you automate your SOC on top of that, you are driving a Ferrari on a dirt road. At Spectrum we believe the detection layer is the foundation everything downstream stands on: triage, investigation, and response.

Chong joins after serving as Vice President of Growth at Teleskope, where she helped build the company's early revenue organization and supported its growth from seed stage to Series A. Two days of meetings with the leadership team here left me energized for the future. Regardless of what the threat actors throw our way, we have the tools, the technology, the intelligence, and the people to power our customers’ defense at machine speeds. Sometimes in cybersecurity you feel like you are at the top of the wheel / having defended your organization in a time of crisis and coming through unscathed. And other times, you feel the wheel just will not stop spinning. Being together on the journey is the best anecdote, because who does not like a thrilling ride with a true ally. Building a strong cybersecurity ecosystem will always make us stronger against those who seek to make us weaker!

We spend over eight billion dollars protecting human identities, but almost nothing protecting machine identities. Bad guys know this. They now devote more time and resources to stealing machine identities.
