We officially closed out FY26 last night, and I could not be more proud of what the
AllianceHCM team accomplished.
It was a record year for our company, driven by a sales organization that fought every step of the way… supported by our product, implementation, operations, and customer-facing teams that turned all our sales promises into a reality for our customers (which is really hard to do!).
The leaderboard may show sales results, but the win belongs to everyone at AllianceHCM

To every team across our company, thank you. You are the reason we can grow “the right way”.
Now we turn the page to FY27.
We will chase being "one one-hundredth of a second" faster every day. That is the mindset for us this year, small improvements, every day, compounded over time. Better execution. Better systems. More discipline. Higher standards.
And yes, we are hiring.
We are looking for proven mid-market sales executives who know how to crack open a market, create pipeline, win complex deals, and want to be part of a company with a massive opportunity ahead. I genuinely believe we have one of the biggest opportunities, and one of the strongest compensation plans, in the market. We're also hiring for product marketing, sales enablement, sales/business development, implementation/configuration, software dev (full stack), etc.
Fair warning, over the next month LinkedIn may start to light up with new people joining the team as we continue building for another record year.
FY27 starts now. Time to SPRINT!
