About the Role
A prestigious, luxury bespoke home improvement manufacturer and installer is seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead their Western US Sales Team. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on, high-value sales (~$140k average project) with strategic leadership of a six-strong regional team of Sales Execs.
The role is ideal for a consultative, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on long-cycle, lead-generated opportunities in a high-ticket, one-off sales environment. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will shape strategy, drive team performance, and personally manage key client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of six sales executives across the Western region.
Drive regional sales strategy, team planning, and performance management.
Manage your own portfolio of premium, consultative client projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership on regional business development initiatives.
Travel extensively across the Western region to support clients and the sales team.
Position yourself for future progression to National Sales Manager.
Who You Are
Proven success in luxury or high-value consultative sales, ideally in home improvement, design, or bespoke sectors.
Experienced leader with a track record of managing and developing dispersed sales teams.
Strategic, commercially astute, and motivated by both team and individual success.
Comfortable with extended sales cycles and relationship-driven business development.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and ready to travel regularly across a broad region.
