I completely agree with this perspective. HR and payroll solutions don’t always need to come from the same vendor. What matters most is selecting the systems that best serve the organization’s needs. In many cases, choosing complementary solutions from different vendors can actually deliver greater value, as long as they integrate effectively and support each other’s strengths.
