Most people using AI at the moment are using it like a search engine and that's both a a wasted opportunity and also potentially very risky. So what I'm keen to do over the coming months is provide some AI training, AI skills on the lease a platform. And there's two reasons for doing that. One is I think it's a real value add to your existing role and your future career prospects if you know about this stuff. In a bit more detail and secondly, I think you're a lot better judge of the incoming technology that you're being sold with this AI inbuilt. If you understand the capabilities of modern tools, you know, you can make the decision, is this genuine innovation that's going to help us or is this just a bit of AI fluff that we could probably do in house anyway? Now some of the topics we're going to cover include the big ones, which is, you know, how do I save money? How do I remove risk? How do I renew contracts? How do I do renewals? How do I? Streamliner operations you using, um, just everyday tools like Claude chat debt and Copilot and our existing data. Now we begin on the 1st of July where we look at AI prompt engineering and that's the, the question is how do I, how do I really use this properly? How do I really get the value out of this without exposing myself or my company to risk? Now, if there's any additional AI topics you want to hear hear about on from from us, please let me know. Either leave a comment in the comments or direct message me on LinkedIn. And similarly, if you're doing great stuff with AI internally and you want to share, please message me or leave a comment and I'd love to hear from you. So we begin on the 1st of July. I look forward to seeing you there. Thanks.

900 million weekly ChatGPT users. 750 million monthly on Gemini. AI is everywhere. So why is most enterprise AI still producing marginal benefits? 📊
HBR's third annual AI in the Wild study — analyzing nearly 13,000 real-world use cases — has a name for the growing risk: "thinkslop." The quiet surrender of judgment and critical thinking to AI, in exchange for speed and convenience.
Adoption is accelerating. Transformation isn't. And that gap is widening. ⚡
The organizations that close it won't be the ones with the most AI tools. They'll be the ones that embed AI in trusted workflows, maintain human accountability, and use AI to sharpen judgment — not replace it.
That's exactly what Workday is built for. Read the full HBR research at hbr.org.

💡 One lesson from the AI boom:
The biggest opportunities often come after the breakthrough.
🤖 ChatGPT showed what was possible.
📚 RAG made AI useful with real-world data.
🔌 Tool use and MCP connected AI to external systems.
⚡ Agents pushed AI from answering questions to completing tasks.
Today, the challenge isn't building impressive demos—it's making AI reliable, secure, and useful in production. 🛠️
Still learning, but it's fascinating to see how quickly the focus shifts from capability to practicality. 🚀

AI didn’t mess up your image. Your prompt probably did 👀
The difference between a generic AI image and one that actually looks intentional usually comes down to how you brief it. Treat AI like a person who is a part of your creative team.
Save this for the next time ChatGPT gives you something completely different from what you pictured 😅
