Aaron has been working as a kitchen porter with BaxterStorey for over a year, after joining Mencap's Supported Internship programme. Now he's part of the Job Squad, helping show that people with a learning disability belong in every workplace. He has been loving his job and says the team treat him the same as everyone else, supporting him when he needs it.
