Lessons from Global Financial Wellbeing Summit for UK Employers

This title was summarized by AI from the post below.

It was a privilege and pleasure to represent nudge at hastee’s Financial Wellbeing Summit today to share some global lessons for UK employers on what’s next in financial wellbeing. Our global approach gives us a genuinely rare ability to see what’s working around the world and use this as a predictor of where the UK is heading. Boiling it all down to 3 observations, those organisations that get financial wellbeing right are: 1. Recognising that access and capability are different things that need to work together. 2. Building for the indifferent majority, not just the stressed minority. 3. Measuring behaviour change, not just adoption. Our partnership with Hastee - A Zellis Company is a special one and I am grateful for our relationship with Clemens Moehring, Gethin Nadin, John Petter and Luke Mellard. And extra thanks to Gethin for the photo - that man sure knows how to take a LI photo😉...

Terrific presentation Tim. Thank you so much for doing this

Lovely to see you. Excellent talk. The piece about ambivalence really hit home.
