I interviewed the founder of a company that was acquired for $1.5B 🦄 I asked him if it was possible to achieve balance while building a company… He said “not if you want to achieve a top .01% success” The question then becomes… “What CAN you achieve while maintaining time for your spouse, children, and yourself?” Top 10%? Top 3%? Top 1%? Could top 1% be good enough to ensure you get to pour into your children, maintain your most important relationships, and take care of your health?
