One more sleep until Majorca...........

Back at our Summer Conference in 2013, our CEO gave us a ridiculously tough revenue target to achieve for the next half year. The reward outside of the obvious would be a weekend away overseas in the Summer of 2014.  This wouldn't just be for the 'Top 10', but for the whole business, support staff included.

The target was hit and last summer we took the whole business to Majorca for the weekend.

Fast forward another 12 months and having had a record breaking first six months, we can now look forward to another weekend away at the Company's expense!

Tomorrow we take 72 consultants and support staff to Majorca for Friday and Saturday night with optional early or late flights back on the Sunday for sun worshipers............

Is this a slightly shameless plug about how great SF Group is? Probably I guess but I think it is really important that our clients, candidates and competitors know that within this business, every person is appreciated.

Big billers often fill jobs that have been generated by brand new consultants who haven't yet made their mark. The fact that we have an established database of candidates is in part down to the tireless work of our administration team.

Every person whether new or established has a part to play in the success of SF Group and I know that the guys here would genuinely prefer that everyone be included in a break like this rather than see the same faces taken off to Las Vegas or other potentially more exotic location.

A huge thank you to everyone for making this happen including our CEO's bottomless wallet which will be taking a hammering this weekend!
