I need to be less invested in people following it. I can try to guide and coach and teach people. I can't force them to work in a certain way. As with code, my job is to provide the best guidance I can, with the least emotional investment in what comes after. Don't stress: it isn't the end of the world, and there will always be other things that are more important. Be kind to myself and to others.

Matt Nicholas if you don’t understand how it’s unconstitutional, I suggest that you maybe take a civics course. Restrictions on religion are prima facie unconstitutional. Maybe just read the first amendment if civics is too much to consider.
The rest of your rant is irrelevant because none of those things have constitutional basis, except where discrimination on protected classes is prohibited by law and constitution.
The grip that must be gotten is yours. MAGA adjacent people want things which are fundamentally unAmerican. Welcome back, Senator McCarthy.
