Melissa Mulholland shared thisToday it’s been announced that I have decided to step away from SoftwareOne, and I wanted to take a moment to give thanks. Thank you to our employees, customers, partners, vendors, and shareholders for the honor to lead this organization of more than 12,000 colleagues across 70 countries. I joined SoftwareOne as the Co-CEO after more than six years at Crayon, where we had strong international expansion, doubling our growth and profitability and significantly strengthening our net working capital. 🚀 Carrying that success to SoftwareOne, we integrated two strong companies ahead of schedule, united under one global brand that today reflects our greater scale and ability to serve more customers with our deep expertise. We also established a new set of core values that created the foundation for the people-first organization we put in place. 🏅 My most proud achievement is the growth and development of our people. This is the hardest part for me to leave behind. Not just colleagues but the friendships made, which I know will last a lifetime. I always say that people are our greatest asset, and I am inspired by our teams each and every day. Thank you to everyone who has helped build a culture where authenticity and innovation thrive. ❤️ I believe SoftwareOne is well positioned for its next chapter and wish Raphael Erb and all of my colleagues continued success. I’m excited about what comes next.

Melissa Mulholland shared thisI had the pleasure of being in Portugal last week to participate in SoftwareOne’s President’s Club, our annual program to celebrate colleagues who have gone above and beyond. 💫 This year marks our biggest President’s Club with 222 colleagues from 43 countries. 🌍 I left Lisbon filled with such gratitude for being part of an event that strongly reflects our people-first culture. I am also very proud of everyone who attended because they are the ones who helped deliver for our business. A memorable part of the program was our Legacy Project, which gave back to the local community. Half of the participants volunteered at ABLA Guest House, a nonprofit offering charitable lodging. The other half spent time at Plantar Uma Árvore to support environmental restoration efforts. 🤩 I’m incredibly proud of our team, not only for what they achieve for our customers, partners, and vendors, but also for how they show up for one another. Congratulations to my colleagues on your well-deserved recognition, and thank you for everyone’s hard work on organizing such a fantastic event. 🎉 #WeAreOne
