YASED İstihdam ve Nitelikli İş Gücü Çalışma Grubu, 22 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde çevrim içi olarak toplandı. Toplantı, yeni dönem Çalışma Grubu Başkanımız Sayın Feride Duzduran Gunduz'ün açılış konuşmasıyla başladı. İlk oturumda Sayın Hande Ocak Basev, "İş Gücünün Geleceği ve İK'da Dönüşüm" başlıklı sunumunda yapay zekânın strateji, liderlik, organizasyon yapısı ve yetkinlikleri kapsayan bütüncül etkisini ele alarak; sorumlu yapay zekâ, yönetişim ve insan–yapay zekâ iş birliğinin önemini vurguladı. Ardından YASED Hukuk ve Regülasyon Direktörü Sayın Fatih Özdemir, "Yetenek Tutundurma Stratejileri ve Çalışan Bağlılığı" başlıklı sunumunda küresel ve ulusal iş gücü eğilimleri, çalışan bağlılığı, yetenek açığı ve liderliğin çalışanları elde tutmadaki rolüne ilişkin değerlendirmelerini paylaştı. Toplantıda ayrıca yapay zekânın iş süreçlerine entegrasyonu, değişen yetkinlik ihtiyaçları, çalışan bağlılığı, yetenek yönetimi ve yapay zekâ yönetişimi konularında görüş alışverişinde bulunuldu. Önümüzdeki dönemde çalışma izinleri, yıllık izin uygulamaları, güncel iş hukuku düzenlemeleri ve istihdam teşviklerinin de Çalışma Grubu gündeminde ele alınması değerlendirildi. Yeni dönem Çalışma Grubu Başkanımıza, değerli konuşmacılarımıza ve katkılarıyla toplantıyı zenginleştiren üyelerimize teşekkür ederiz. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The #YASED Employment and Skilled Workforce Working Group convened online on July 22, 2026. The meeting was opened by Ms. Feride Duzduran Gunduz, the newly elected Chair of the Working Group. Ms. Hande Ocak Basev delivered the first presentation, "The Future of Work and Transformation in Human Resources," highlighting that artificial intelligence is driving a comprehensive transformation across strategy, leadership, organisational structures and workforce capabilities, while emphasising the importance of responsible AI, effective governance and human–AI collaboration. She was followed by Mr. Fatih Özdemir, YASED Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, who presented "Talent Retention Strategies and Employee Engagement," focusing on global and domestic workforce trends, employee engagement, talent shortages and the role of leadership in retaining skilled employees.   Participants also exchanged views on AI integration into business processes and HR practices, evolving skills requirements, employee engagement, talent retention and AI governance. Potential agenda items for upcoming meetings—including work permits, annual leave practices, recent labour law developments and employment incentives—were also discussed. We thank our new Working Group Chair, our speakers and all members for their valuable contributions to the meeting.

YASED Sağlığa Erişim Çalışma Grubumuzun toplantısını 17 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde YASED Ankara Ofisimizde gerçekleştirdik. Yeni dönem Çalışma Grubu Başkanımız, Bayer Türkiye Kamu İlişkileri Müdürü Sayın Kadir Gürsoy ile gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu ilk toplantıda; yeni dönemde önceliklendirilecek konu başlıkları, çalışma yöntemi, temas kurulması planlanan kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile iş birliğine katkı sağlayabilecek paydaşlar hakkında görüş alışverişinde bulunduk. Ayrıca, Çalışma Grubumuzun önceki dönemde başarıyla yürüttüğü kamu paydaşlarıyla networking toplantılarının aynı sıklıkta sürdürülmesini de ele aldık. At this first meeting with our newly appointed Working Group Chairperson Mr. Kadir Gürsoy, Policy and Public Affairs Manager at Bayer Türkiye, we exchanged views on the priority topics for the new term, the Working Group’s methodology, the public institutions and authorities to be engaged, and the stakeholders that could contribute to future cooperation. We also discussed continuing, with the same frequency, the networking meetings with public-sector stakeholders that our Working Group successfully organized during the previous term. YASED hosted the Türkiye launch of the 2026 edition of the UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) World Investment Report, titled “International Investment in a Turbulent Era,” as part of its Global Trade and Investment Platform initiatives. The webcast opened with remarks by YASED Chairperson Mr. Ali Fuat Orhonoğlu, followed by a presentation by Dr. Amelia U Santos Paulino PhD, Chief of the Investment Issues and Analysis Section at UNCTAD, who shared the report’s key findings and her insights on the global foreign direct investment outlook. The session was moderated by YASED Secretary General Mr. Serkan Valandova. This year’s report presents a cautiously positive yet fragile picture of global FDI. While global FDI rose by 6% in 2025 to reach $1.6 trillion, the recovery remained uneven and selective, increasingly shaped by geopolitical tensions, trade policy uncertainty, economic security concerns, technological competition and industrial policy. The report underlines that global investment is not disappearing, but changing in character. Strategic sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence infrastructure, clean energy, critical minerals and advanced manufacturing are attracting a growing share of global FDI at a remarkable pace. The Report also points to a significant paradigm shift: investment is no longer driven primarily by low labour costs or efficiency-seeking production, but increasingly by access to subsidies, secure supply chains, technological ecosystems, clean energy, critical inputs and geopolitical alignment. This trend calls on developing economies to adopt more strategic and selective industrial policy priorities, streamline investment processes, reposition themselves to seize emerging opportunities and manage risks, and place greater emphasis on regional integration, infrastructure and skills upgrading, standards compliance, and a stable and reliable policy environment. The webcast also featured a special reference to the importance of COP31, which will be held in Antalya in mid-November, particularly in view of the role of FDI as the largest source of external finance for developing economies and its critical contribution to sustainable development through cross-border investment in SDG-relevant sectors. During the morning session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Nur Firat-Karalar, Director of the Sponsored Research Office, and the SRO team briefed participants on opportunities for joint research projects and university-industry collaboration. This was followed by insightful presentations from Prof. Ugur Unal, Prof. Cigdem Gunduz Demir, and Prof. Alptekin Küpçü, who introduced the Koç University Surface Technologies Research Center (KUYTAM), the KUIS AI Center, and the Cryptography, Security, and Privacy Research Group (CRYPTO@KU), respectively. At this distinguished meeting, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Mr. Orhonoğlu was joined by YASED Vice Chairperson Mr. Ugur Candan and Board Members Mr. Başar Vural and Mr. Azmi Gümüşlüoğlu, the Bosch Group Türkiye and Middle East President Ms. Karin Gilges, the Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs Director, Turkey and Middle East Ms. Burcu Coskun and YASED Deputy Secretary General Ms. Tuba Ozsezen. YASED Ticaret Çalışma Grubu, 25 Haziran 2026 tarihinde çevrim içi bir toplantı gerçekleştirdi. Çalışma Grubu Başkanımız Sayın Sercan Bahadır tarafından başlatılan toplantıda ilk olarak YASED Baş Ekonomisti ve Ankara Temsilcisi Sayın Mine Ergün Bakdur, küresel ve ulusal makroekonomik görünüme dair bir sunum gerçekleştirdi. Ardından EY Türkiye’den sırasıyla Sayın Evren KILIÇ ve Sayın Av. Yakup Güneş, dış ticaret ve gümrük süreçlerini ilgilendiren güncel gelişmeleri ve yargı kararlarını içeren bir sunum gerçekleştirdiler. Toplantının küresel ticaretin görünümü hakkındaki son sunumunu YASED Yatırımlar ve Stratejik Araştırmalar Direktörü Sayın Hüseyin Özgür Ünsal gerçekleştirdi. Katılımcılar, toplantıda Türkiye-Birleşik Krallık STA’sının güncellenmesine yönelik yürütülen müzakereler ve AB Sanayi Hızlandırma Yasası teklifinde öngörülen AB menşeli ürünlerin tercihi hususunda yaşanan gelişmeler hakkında bilgilendirmeler ve değerlendirmelerde de bulundular. The meeting was opened by Mr. Sercan Bahadır, Chair of the Trade Working Group. Ms. Mine Ergün Bakdur, YASED Chief Economist and Ankara Representative, delivered the first presentation, providing an overview of the global and domestic macroeconomic outlook. She was followed by Mr. Evren KILIÇ and Mr. Av. Yakup Güneş of EY Türkiye, who presented recent developments and judicial decisions concerning foreign trade operations and customs procedures. The final presentation, focusing on the outlook for global trade, was delivered by Mr. Hüseyin Özgür Ünsal, YASED Director of Investments and Strategic Research. Participants were also briefed on and exchanged views regarding the ongoing negotiations to update the Türkiye–UK FTA, as well as recent developments concerning the proposed preference for EU-origin products under the EU Industrial Accelerator Act. YASED Vergi ve Teşvikler Çalışma Grubumuzun toplantısını 17 Haziran 2026 tarihinde Akenerji ev sahipliğinde İstanbul’da gerçekleştirdik. Toplantımızın başlangıcında Çalışma Grubu Başkanımız BDO Türkiye Vergi Ortağı Sayın Emrah AKIN Türkiye ekonomisi ve güncel bütçe sonuçları hakkında değerlendirmelerde bulundu. Ardından 7582 Sayılı Torba Yasa ve bağlı olan ikincil mevzuat taslakları hakkında değerlendirmelerde bulunuldu. Son olarak, Küresel Asgari Kurumlar Vergisi Bilgilerinin Değişimine İlişkin Çok Taraflı Yetkili Makam Anlaşmasına dair istişarede bulunuldu. At the beginning of our meeting, our Working Group Chairperson, BDO Türkiye Tax Partner Mr. Emrah AKIN, shared his assessments on the Turkish economy and the latest budget results. Following this, assessments were made regarding Omnibus Law No. 7582 and the related draft secondary legislation. Finally, consultations were held on the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Global Minimum Tax Information.
