andrew gilchrist posted thisLabour introduced the Employment Rights Act making it much harder to dismiss. Yet overnight they have dismissed Olly Robbins. No investigation, no chance for him to appeal, sacked on the spot.........so Labour is saying they can dismiss on the spot and they are not following the processes set out in employment law. Im not being political, but my observation is how can there be one law for the government and another for business?

andrew gilchrist posted thisInsolvency Fraud I have been submitting information on insolvency frauds at businesses like Premier Group Recruitment, Qualiteach, Russell Taylor Holdings and The Business Connection. Thank you for everyone who has assisted me and for your support. I have received the inevitable legal letters from Mishcon De Reya and others asking me to cease and desist, ie stop talking about these frauds Andrew, out client doesnt like it etc.....one such letter goes on to say their client Martyn is anxious and stressed. Well i would be to given the gravity of what they've done to defraud creditors and HMRC. An insolvency practitioner is an officer of the court. So when they cheat and defraud it is even more serious as they are lying to the court. It aggravates the offence. I have several more cases to report but have a day job which keeps me busy. I have more to publish shortly. Have great weekends.

andrew gilchrist shared thisInsolvency Fraud: The Business Connection Limited/CSP Recruitment I have written recently about insolvency fraud and fraudulent insolvency firms. The Business Connection Limited/CSP Recruitment is shortly to go in to some form of insolvency procedure and Leonard Curtis insolvency have arranged to sell it back to the directors management. I attach a press release. This business owes 3,000 workers £520k in holiday pay and owe HMRC substantial monies. Im asking the Gangmasters Licencing Authority to cancel their licence and im asking customers to walk away. You've paid you bills and the money has been taken. It is shameful that Leonard Curtis are helping to reincarnate the business and assist the directors management. I'm hoping HMRC , the police and the regulators now take action. HMRC money is public money, our money, and this fraud is costing all of us. Its also undermining capitalism by allowing zombie and insolvent business to reincarnate. I attach my press release.

andrew gilchrist posted thisInsolvency fraud Regularly we are seeing insolvency fraud in the recruitment industry. Criminal insolvency practitioners and invoice discounters collaborate with directors to put the old company down and start a new company, ditching the debt which is largely HMRC money. Simon Goodley in The Guardian has written superbly about several such frauds - Qualiteach Education, Silven Recruitment, Premier Group Recruitment etc. There is also Russell Taylor and Resolve Recruitment and Cavity Dental. This coming week a North West based invoice discounter is working with its friendly insolvency practitioner on another fraud which i will name if and when it happens. In all of these cases the invoice discounter and insolvency practitioners are enriching themselves with fees at the expense of HMRC. I am reporting these cases to the insolvency regulators, the FSA and HMRC. I am recommending that HMRC take bonds against new companies set up be insolvent directors............if anyone has any information to assist please do let me know. These fraudsters are defrauding the public purse and they undermine capitalism by letting failed business reincarnate. It is a fraud on all of us. lets see these fraudsters prosecuted for fraud.

Alan Coleman and Jonathan Molloy are the insolvency practitioners involved and they are in the process of selling the business back to the directors and defrauding creditors and HMRC in the process. Close Brothers Asset Finance are involved and i am trying to establish if they are an innocent party or wholly involved in the fraud. I have reached out to directors at Close and urge them to contact me so we can establish their role in the fraud.

andrew gilchrist posted thisClearly HMRC is under pressure to collect money to fill the deficit. Where HMRC are losing millions if not billions is insolvency fraud. Simon Goodley at The Guardian has covered some recent insolvency frauds and how dodgy insolvency practitioners are organising insolvency frauds and denying creditors and HMRC a proper return. I have information on some recent insolvency frauds and i plan to publish details on these. The insolvency process in the UK allows directors to put their companies in to insolvency and buy them back for next to zero or on deferred payment deals.........its fraud and its also misleading the Insolvency Courts so perjury. HMRC, the government and the insolvency regulators need to take action and we need to expose these frauds and the professionals involved. I have case studies which i will shortly be publishing.

Despite many different chemo therapies it is being relentless and I am now seeking new opportunities to fight it back. I am currently 2K away from reaching a 10K goal to help me with my treatment. Philip. I have written a letter to Derek Blair of the icaew listing frauds that he as president is not taking action over. The icaew is failing to regulate and should be removing g the licences of many insolvency practitioners. Let’s see if mr Blair bothers to reply. If he does not I will publish my letter to him.

As Q2 came to a close, it’s important that we mark what our Executive team has delivered during the first six months of 2026. andrew gilchrist liked thisandrew gilchrist liked thisBefore the World Cup in 86, the entire squad went to Colorado Springs for a month to train and prepare for the altitude and heat we would be playing in when we arrived in Mexico. Bobby Robson warned us that we would have to over-train every day to get used to the conditions. It was gruelling sometimes we would come in take our kit off and find puddles of sweat on the floor, training two hours at a time. We were fit and we had our own armed guards. Don’t underestimate the challenges our England 🏴 team are under playing under difficult conditions mainly the heat. I will always believe in 86 we were the team that would of won the World Cup, here we are in replay against Argentina on Wednesday. Good luck England 🏴 give it everything you have ! We are owed a win against them ⚽️

We only received the booking last week, and as everyone knows, quality HIAB drivers are like gold dust. The fact we've found the right candidate so quickly is a brilliant result! 👏 On my side, I have a permanent Driller and a Welder both starting on Monday. We received the welder booking on Tuesday, interviewed a suitable candidate today, and they've already been booked to start with our client on Monday. We've also got plenty of interviews and site walkarounds lined up for next week. ⚡ That's exactly how we work - we listen to our clients, find the best possible candidates, and move quickly to deliver. 💼 Roy and I are also heading to a very exciting client meeting on Monday, with the potential requirement for 15+ Warehouse/FLT Operatives and 10+ Drivers. Exciting times ahead! 🤝 This week alone we've secured: ✅ 6 permanent placements ✅ 11 temporary/temp-to-perm bookings A huge thank you to everyone involved. I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved this week - and every week so far.
