Bitrix24’s “Zero-Training CRM” highlights a clear industry issue: long onboarding slows adoption. Their claim of getting users started in under five minutes per person is designed to cut that drag. What this often exposes is a separate, operational gap: follow-up still relies on manual steps. Notes must be entered. Reminders must be set. Messages need to be moved across tools. Under volume, these steps are the first to be missed, and that is where leads typically go cold. This is common once teams get busy. The breakpoints repeat: post-call handover, the second reply after initial interest, and the nudge following a quote. A standard follow-up system prevents that pattern by ensuring every lead is captured and kept in motion until they book or go cold.
