Other areas to consider here could be your internal stakeholders, strengthen those collaborations, get to know your hiring managers and their teams, dive in the culture on your organisation and don't be afraid to talk to everyone. As Talent Acquisition, your job is not just to find a profile in LinkedIn, is to understand what we can offer and find the best match, for the candidate and the company.
