AI is accelerating the pace of change. Hybrid environments continue to grow in complexity. Yet many organizations still struggle to consistently govern the policies that control access, segmentation, and risk. That is why I was encouraged to see the findings from FireMon Insights 2.0 become part of a broader industry discussion through SecurityWeek's recent coverage of cybersecurity's growing crisis. I fell in and out of love with cycling once already — lockdown, Richmond Park, endless Rapha, chasing numbers I didn't actually care about. What brought me back was adventure: getting out, exploring, not measuring. The problem was the tech, it was genuinely stopping me from getting out there. Komoot to plan, Garmin to ride, Strava to log, an hour hunched over a laptop before every trip. Then I found the Beeline Velo 2. Half the price of a nav-capable Garmin, built around one idea: get you there, simply. What I love: → One app, one device — planning, routing, recording, all in one place → UX so clean you forget it's there → Battery I've never had to think about → Genuinely nice to look at Proof: four days touring Yorkshire, entirely planned on my phone, ridden by following an arrow. Garmin's now retired. One gripe: Fast mode has sent me onto gravel my road bike had no business being on, more than once. A bike-type toggle (road / gravel / MTB) would fix it in one go. As a product marketer between roles right now, I can't help but read this as a masterclass in timing and product-market fit, as much as disruption. Garmin and Wahoo built for a market that wanted more data; Beeline stripped it all back right as cycling's having a real cultural moment — Tour de France, a bone-dry summer, half of London back on a bike. Even their social hit me with exactly the right message at exactly the right time — that's not an accident, that's sharp targeting. The real stroke of genius though: the market for "just get me there, simply" is far bigger than the serious-data crowd Garmin and Wahoo have spent a decade fighting over. Small team, right product, bigger market, right minute. Whether you're a recovering Richmond Parker, a cross-London Limer, a Regent's Park speed-tester, a Finsbury Fixy, or a cross-continent adventurer — this thing gets you there. Excited to keep using it, and even more excited to watch where this team takes it.

Our customers consistently tell us that they need the speed of AI to secure an ever expanding attack surface but do not trust it to run autonomously.
