Will Huber liked thisWill Huber liked thisDay two of the India pre-sales meet began with coffee, casual conversations, and the kind of informal interactions that often strengthen team connection in meaningful ways. We then moved into a thoughtful team-building session focused on trust, collaboration, and working more effectively together. It was a great reminder that strong teams are built not only through technical expertise, but also through shared understanding and mutual support. Later in the day, we had an engaging discussion on how the solutions engineering role is evolving in the age of AI. The conversation centered on how we can use AI more effectively to deliver better outcomes for clients while staying thoughtful about the challenges and opportunities that come with it. Overall, it was an interactive and energizing second day filled with valuable conversations, fresh perspectives, and ideas to take forward into our day-to-day work. Will Huber liked thisWill Huber liked thisAfter a busy first half of the year, Linda and I recently took some time away to recharge and enjoy a slower pace for a few days. A lesson I've learned over the years is that rest isn't the opposite of productive work. It's often what makes the best work possible. Some of the greatest ideas, conversations and perspectives come when we step away long enough to reflect. I'm grateful for the time with family, the chance to unwind and the opportunity to return refreshed. I hope each of you finds time this summer to disconnect a bit, make some memories and recharge with the people who matter most.
