I was recognized for my thoughtful, AI-driven approach to personally matching mentees in the Catalyst program with NAWBO board members—ensuring more meaningful and aligned mentor relationships.

Additionally, I am leading led the development and facilitation of a dynamic marketing panel, designed to equip women entrepreneurs with essential tools for growth. The session will focus on the importance of market research, emerging trends in social media, and the power of video storytelling to connect with audiences.

The Catalyst Committee itself is dedicated to fostering leadership, innovation, and connection among women business owners, and I’m proud to support its mission through both strategic planning and hands-on programming.

I enjoy serving youth sports because I love creating positive experiences for youth and being a trusted adult. This volunteerism is inspired by my former friend and neighbor Robb Malone who was recognized as being one of the best youth coaches in the area and sadly passed away due to Covid19 in 2021.
