Are these real people representing themselves in their LI profile as having good jobs with good companies? Is this their side gig? Does their employer know they are doing this? They have to be bots (and LI needs to do something about it). How can I get off the list? Today was the 66th time I've gotten contacted about franchising. 2. Someone selling "marketing services" when it is clear they know nothing about my business and they are just using "spaghetti marketing?" Isn't carpet bombing suspects ineffective?

Michael LeBrun liked thisMichael LeBrun liked thisEveryone is talking about what AI can do. Nobody is talking about what it can't. 𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭. It can't tell you whether signing it is right given the relationship, the history, and the three conversations last week that were never written down. 𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤. It can't weigh it against the CEO's decade-long read on a counterparty. 𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. It can't read the room. That's not a small gap. That's the entire territory where GC-level value lives. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭. Which means: ✅ your judgment, ✅ your context, ✅ your ability to make a call without certainty, is now the only thing that can't be replicated. It was always your most valuable asset. AI just made that 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞. So now: The GC who uses AI to do more legal work gets more efficient. The GC who uses AI to free up time for judgment becomes indispensable. Sit with this... I put together two projects that were used by the local district - a database for fundraising improvement and a program that enhanced the fun that is Pinewood Derby.
