Building an AI-Powered K12 Assessment Platform | Building a leadership Team in Bengaluru (In-Person Only) We are a seed-funded AI EdTech startup based in Bengaluru, developing an adaptive, end-to-end assessment model for K12 students across major global boards. Students need continual validation and structured reinforcement to overcome anxiety and improve outcomes. We are building a psychologically informed, AI-driven system powered by proprietary heuristics and knowledge-graph mapping of strengths and gaps. Our MVP is nearing launch, and we are preparing for the next fundraise post-validation. I bring 20+ years of experience across product management and education, and I am now building the core leadership team in Bengaluru: • Technology – Full-stack, LLM APIs, AI frameworks, scalable architecture • Product – Prompt engineering, token optimization, success metrics, PLG • Marketing – International strategy, pricing, positioning, GTM Bengaluru-based collaboration is non-negotiable. We believe face-to-face execution accelerates clarity and scale. Equity participation is part of the structure. Fully committed founder. Long-term global ambition. Founders keep telling me they want a technical #leader with a network of AI-native engineers in their early 20s. The assumption is that youth plus curiosity equals velocity. And there's truth in that — these engineers are sharp, hungry, and building with agentic tech in ways that feel native to them. But here's what I keep seeing get overlooked. The people with those networks often have no experience owning a product that actually shipped to market and succeeded. No reps navigating ambiguity with stakeholders. No scar tissue from building something that broke under real customer pressure. Curiosity without judgment is just experimentation. And experimentation without direction burns through runway fast. Meanwhile, these AI-native companies are glorifying 7-day weeks and 10-12 hour days like it's a feature, not a liability. That pace doesn't scale. It masks the absence of the very thing experienced leadership provides — knowing what not to build, when to say no, and how to make decisions that compound. The best teams I've seen pair that raw technical energy with someone who's actually built and shipped. Someone with business network, product instinct, and enough leadership reps to know when speed is helping and when it's hiding problems. Youth and curiosity are assets. But they're not a strategy. #FutureOfWork #HumanCenteredTech #InnovationMindset #ReverseMentorship #IntergenerationalLearning #LifelongLearning #LeadershipDevelopment #KnowledgeSharing #BridgingTheGap #DigitalTransformation #WisdomAndWonder #TechForGood #FutureGenerations #ai #ml #tech #recruiting #execsearch

The market has evolved beyond the term EdTech and the mindset that accompanies it. What we are witnessing is not a slowdown, but a correction. For years, “learning” was seen as content - videos, modules, completion rates. However, today’s enterprises are not investing in learning; they are investing in performance. This shift highlights where many Universities, B-Schools & EdTech players are quietly falling short: - Selling & Dumping courses instead of capabilities - Measuring engagement instead of outcomes - Building platforms instead of embedding into workflows - Chasing learners rather than solving business problems Corporate expectations have fundamentally changed. Learning must now: - Be embedded inside work, not outside it - Be AI-driven, contextual, and role-specific - Deliver measurable productivity, not just certificates - Align with business KPIs—revenue, efficiency, decision-making Universities and learning providers must rethink their role. The future will not belong to content creators but to capability builders. At #Yangpoo, we are witnessing this shift firsthand. Institutions and enterprises are no longer asking, “Which course should we offer?” Instead, they are asking, “How do we build future-ready organizations?” When we look at talent in corporate settings, the gap is rarely knowledge it is application. That is where platforms such as Harvard Business Impact Education and Harvard Business School Online add value, not as content sources, but as practical frameworks for real-world thinking and decision-making. As learning becomes dynamic , leadership hiring is also being shaped by this shift, with demand growing for university & academic leaders who understand not just education, but learning impact, industry integration, and AI-led transformation #AcademicHeads The next decade will not be defined by EdTech companies & Inside sales companies. It will be defined by learning-led transformation partners. #StayRelevant #FutureOfWork #EnterpriseLearning #AI #HigherEducation #StayRelevant with Yangpoo University Partners

Growth Is Not Automatic. It Is Intentional. Nobody drifts into excellence. Not in tech. Not in leadership. Not in life. If you stop growing, you start declining. I’ve learned this through my journey in technology — building products, mentoring aspiring tech professionals, leading teams, and constantly reinventing myself. The biggest mistake I see? People waiting to “feel ready.” You don’t grow when you feel ready. You grow when you start anyway. Here’s the truth about tech in 2026: AI is evolving. Skills expire fast. The market rewards adaptability. The edge now belongs to those who: • Learn fast • Unlearn faster • Build consistently • Stay curious Growth today is not about titles. It’s about capacity. If You’re Starting Your Tech Journey, Read This: 1. Don’t chase hype. Master foundations. Logic before frameworks. Users before UI. Systems before certifications. 2. Build before confidence comes. Small projects. Real problems. Public learning. 3. Surround yourself with structure. Mentors accelerate growth. Communities sustain it. 4. Make learning a lifestyle. The people who win in tech are not the smartest. They are the most adaptable. For me, self-development is non-negotiable. Every year, I intentionally upgrade: My thinking. My skills. My exposure. My network. Because growth is not an event. It is identity. Let me ask you: What new skill are you committing to mastering this year? Let’s hold each other accountable. #CareerGrowth #TechJourney #SelfDevelopment #LifelongLearning #Innovation #GlobalTalent #Leadership #AI #DigitalTransformation

Paxton and his team at iDesign are leaning into the power AI can bring to the facilitation of the learning design process, building the model for where human expertise is leveraged, learning is connected and scaffolded, and outcomes are transparent.

“A good leader creates clarity, builds trust, and empowers others to do their best work. That starts with listening—especially to the people closest to the real problems and the real customers. Leadership also requires integrity and consistency, because culture is shaped more by what leaders do than what they say. I believe strong leaders stay grounded in mission while being willing to adapt strategy based on new realities.” -Paxton Riter If you’re interested in the future of higher education, this is worth a read. Our CEO was recently interviewed about the rise of AI in education and shared thoughtful insights on what it will take for institutions to succeed, including the importance of supporting faculty, who are essential to student success. I’m grateful to be part of iDesign, led by founders who truly value student success and demonstrate strong leadership in this space.
