The Industrial Alliance for Semiconductors ALLPROS.eu is helping Europe navigate the next phase of its #chips strategy, most recently at its 26 June strategy event in Brussels on the proposed Chips Act 2.0. Building on more than €52 billion in investments and 46,000 jobs, the EU is now shifting focus towards reducing strategic dependencies, strengthening R&I and speeding up deployment. Chips Act 2.0 aims to secure critical supply chains, accelerate permitting and support the design and production of the microchips Europe needs for autonomous mobility, 6G and advanced manufacturing.
