This summer, we launched 3 major products in banking: multi-user accounts, bill payments and employee cards in a brand-new app and experience 🚀 This is my first time taking a product from ideation to in-hand, and we did it within 6 months. I must say, the adrenaline from this beats delivering the best board strategy, many times over ⚡ I also feel lucky to be at a fintech of just the right size, where you can maximise the use of AI tools to turn ideas into products faster than I ever thought possible. In these 6 months, we've created new Product builders across the teams (ex-designers, ex-PMs 🛠️), the start of a new wave of talent that will compound this speed. (DM me if you are looking to be a product builder) Meanwhile at home, the minions have been part of the journey from week one and their roles have evolved too: How it started: pretend-playing with mum's shiny new Teya card machine 📸 How it's going: self-appointed chief testers of employee card on terminal 😄 And none of it happens without brilliant colleagues who back each other every single day.
