Maayan Kless Sasson אהבתי את זהMaayan Kless Sasson אהבתי את זהצילום המסך הכי טוב שלקחתי השנה 🚀 . . תכירו את Lital Mazon - ראש צוות חדשנות ו- AI במכבי שירותי בריאות. ליטל והצוות שלה מטמיעים, בצורה מטורפת, סוכני AI מבוססי Copilot studio בארגון. כדי לעשות זאת בצורה נכונה, ליטל והצוות שכרו את שירותיי כדי לכתוב את הפרוטוקול, משמע: - הכנת תשתית Power platform לתמיכה מיטבית בסוכנים. - כיצד בונים סוכנים בצורה נכונה (הקמה ב environment הנכון, יצירה תחת solutions - מעבר בין סביבות בתצורת pipeline ועוד) וכמובן, ניהול כלכלת הקרדיטים של copilot studio (כתבתי על כך בפוסט הקודם שלי). אז למה צילום המסך הזה הוא הכי טוב? 1. בהמלצתי, ליטל בנתה בעצמה אפליקציה תחת App Builder של Copilot 365. האפליקציה היא למעשה מחשבון עבור חישוב העלויות של Copilot studio ונותן המלצות לפי פרמטרים ובכך אנחנו מייעלים את עלות כל סוכן וסוכן עם תכנון ROI נכון יותר. 2. בפגישה מדברים שני אנשים: ליטל ואנוכי אך נוכחים בה בוטים: Sumit AI לתמלול וסיכום פגישות של מכבי ClickUp AI notetaker שאני מייצג בארץ ומחליף אותי בכל פגישה ופגישה. מה מהות הפוסט הזה בעצם? פשוט פוסט גאווה (אישית שלי). על כך שיש לקוחות מדהימים, כמו ליטל שלא חוששים לרוץ קדימה ולהטמיע AI אך עם מודעות לניהול נכון של התשתית. על כך שבפגישה אחת יש כל כך הרבה AI שנכון לסיטואציה ומקדם אותנו בכמה רמות. ובכל זאת, שאלה: האם מישהו מכם מטמיע סוכנים בצורה מנוהלת? האם נדרשתם מתוקף תפקידכם.ן לעשות סדר בתחום בארגונכם.ן? אם כן, אשמח לשמוע ותנו בתגובות 👇

Maayan Kless Sasson אהבתי את זהMaayan Kless Sasson אהבתי את זהאם הרגשתם שנעלמתי קצת מהפיד בימים האחרונים, זה לא בגלל שוויתרתי. זה פשוט כי הייתי עסוק בלטבוע בתוך שתי משימות קריטיות של חיי היזמות: 1. להקשיב (באמת) למשתמשים: בעקבות גיוס נבחרת הבודקים שסיפרתי עליה כאן שבוע שעבר, קיבלתי מטר של פידבקים. חלקם החמיאו, חלקם הציפו כאבים וחלקם שלחו אותי ישירות חזרה ל-Code editor לעשות התאמות ושיפורים בחוויית המשתמש. אין קיצורי דרך – מוצר טוב בונים דרך הרגליים והעיניים של המשתמשים בשטח. 2. לפגוש את הנמסיס של כל מפתח מובייל — ה-App Store Connect של אפל. בימים אלו אני נמצא בשלבים האחרונים של הגשת הגרסה של Lot'N'Go לאייפון. האמת? לא הגשתי גרסה לחנות של אפל למעלה מ-4 שנים. מאז שעברתי לנהל פרויקטים וצוותי פיתוח גדולים שאינם אנשי מובייל, בעיקר הסתכלתי על תהליכים כאלה מלמעלה, בדאשבורדים ובמצגות. יש משהו כמעט נוסטלגי (וקצת מייזע, אני לא אשקר) בלחזור להיות Hands-on ב-100%. לזכור איזה פרופיל הפצה (Distribution Profile) מתאים לאיזה סרטיפיקט, להתפלל שהגרסה תעבור את הבוטים של אפל בלי דחיות, ופשוט להרגיש את המוצר נבנה בידיים שלך. יזמות בשלבים המוקדמים מחזירה אותך למקורות. אתה המנכ"ל, אתה איש השיווק, אתה מנהל המוצר, אתה איש ה-QA (וגם המנהל שלו כי יש לך חברים מדהימים כמו שיש לי שעוזרים בהתנדבות מלאה). כן - אתה גם זה שמתווכח עם אפל ב-3 לפנות בוקר. האמת? לא הייתי מחליף את זה בעד שום דבר אחר. 🍏 משתמשי האייפון בבניינים שמחכים לנו – אנחנו ממש בישורת האחרונה. ועד בית או דיירים שרוצים לתפוס את מקום בתוכנית ההשקה המוקדמת שלנו ולעשות סוף לספאם החניות בוואטסאפ - אתם מוזמנים לכתוב לי "בלי ספאם" בתגובות או לשלוח הודעה בפרטי, ונדבר. יש גם באתר (קישור בתגובה הראשונה) טופס השארת פרטים. אני חוזר לכולם. שבת שלום! #iOSDevelopment #StartupLife #HandsOn #ProductManagement #PropTech #LotNGo

So, now I'm a builder, and I want to introduce Sustain - AI Photo Album Maker. It's a bit like Magisto (well, it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks), but for photo albums, where the AI takes the heavy lifting out of the tedious work of arranging a photo album. It analyzes each photo, picks the best ones by deduping similar shots, and groups them together into chapters — using any data on the photo: vision, geo, meta and more — in order to build a great album that can be shared online or printed as a hard copy. Maayan Kless Sasson אהבתי את זהMaayan Kless Sasson אהבתי את זהרוב מה שנכתב היום על AI בעולם ה-Product נכתב על ידי אנשים שלא באמת בונים ומובילים מוצר בסקייל ענקיים. ביום ראשון האחרון, 20 מהאנשים שכן, אלה שמובילים את תחום ה-Product בחברות הטכנולוגיה הגדולות בישראל, התכנסו מאחורי דלתיים סגורים ובילו יום שלם של שיתוף ודיון. 14 הציגו. לא מצגות חזון על AI. לא סליידים מעוצבים בקפידה. אלא הגרסה שמקבלים רק כשאף אחד לא מקליט: - איפה AI כבר מחליף עבודה אמיתית בתוך הצוותים - איפה הוא עדיין נכשל בצורה די מרשימה - מה הם בונים מחדש מאפס בגללו - איך תפקיד ה-PM עצמו משתנה תוך כדי תנועה - ומה עדיין אף אחד לא באמת אומר על זה בפומבי הרגע שחזר על עצמו שוב ושוב: מישהו מסביר איך הם באמת עובדים -> ארבעה אנשים עוצרים הכל כדי לרשום. וזה הנכס האמיתי. לא ההרצאה - החדר. זה בדיוק מה שה- Israeli Unicorn Product Leaders Club (a.k.a.
