  • Super Controller based Load Balancing in SDN

    -

    - Made load balancing system in SDN controllers which is managed by a super controller which will replace present static cluster architecture with dynamic architecture.
    - Used Cluster vectors which help to make dynamic groups within SDN controllers through the super controller.
    -For communication between two controllers which East-West communication SDNi module of controller and RabbitMQ is used.

  • Red light camera

    -

    I have tried to make the prototype of the ongoing red light camera system so that we can visualize the difficulty and challenges which can be occurred while implementing this system in real time.
    Also it helps in building knowledge of how image recognition and character recognition works.

    -Made working model which will help to identify traffic rule breakers by capturing the photo of vehicle and extracting number from that automatically using MATLAB.

    -Use white color algorithm to search number plate and made code to enhance image by filtering, code for character recognition and use previously saved number plate to match the number in that table to identify the vehicle owner.

    -Made simulation projects in GNS3 using CISCO 3600 router.
    -project meant to use existing ip routed path and change them to work as a MPLS routed path.
    -learnt how to assign network ip addresses and router interface addresses along with how to configure them and communicate between each other.
